About the Program:
The organizational innovation manager program is the first of its kind in Israel. The Knowledge Center for Innovation in collaboration with Microsoft R&D initiated this program, with the intention of providing a thorough and in-depth solution to innovation leaders in organizations from all walks of life.
The program combines leading academic knowledge, alongside practical content acquired from its broad work in the field of innovation management. Learners will experience the application of the material studied, and will eventually present a final project.
Target Audience:
Innovation managers, innovation leaders, R&D managers, and CEOs who seek professional training in innovation management. Requirements for joining the course are an undergraduate degree, relevant business experience, and a personal interview.
Focal Learning Topics:
Principles of intra-organizational innovation and entrepreneurship
The innovation manager’s role in the organization
Strategic and managerial aspects of technology and innovation
Innovation-promoting organizational culture and managing innovation teams
Managing the innovation process – participants will develop and manage an innovative project from its development to its launch, in line with the “journey of the idea” model.
Proffesional Team:
Academic lectures will be given by senior faculty members, based on their specialization, while the remaining lectures will be given by innovation managers, entrepreneurs, and leading mentors from various industries.
Certificate Eligibility:
Participants completing the course requirements will be eligible for a certificate of Cheif Innovatnio Officer (CINO) from the Technion and Microsoft.
