About the program:

The CINO Program is the first of its kind in Israel. The Knowledge Center for Innovation, in partnership with Microsoft R&D, initiated this program with the intention of providing a comprehensive and in-depth response to innovation leaders in organizations from all walks of life, to build methodological innovation processes, from identifying challenges, through raising many ideas for solutions, prioritizing them, validating them in the field, building a prototype and starting a pilot, to dealing with objections and mobilizing partners and management for the required change, despite the inherent disorder inherent in innovation processes. Ongoing innovation processes are required to strengthen the organization’s strength, both in times of external change, in which the organizational ecosystem changes due to national, economic and political events, and in times of calm in which organizations are required to muster courage and initiate change for the good of growth and prosperity. The program’s content is based on the latest research knowledge, and through experts and leading innovation managers in the Israeli industry. During the program, we will meet several graduates of the Innovation Manager program, innovation managers in organizations from various sectors, who will present us with case studies from their personal experience.

The program is designed for innovation managers and innovation leaders from organizations in the Israeli industry, across all sectors.
