Training Program for Innovation Leaders

In this program, KCI will provide professional and comprehensive training for innovation leaders at the local city, based on up-to-date knowledge from academia and leading organizations, on the following topics:

• The role of the innovation leaders in shaping and activating the organization’s innovation system. 
• Managing the innovation process: Participants will learn and experience effective methodologies and tools for managing the innovation process according to “The Journey of the Idea ” model, from identifying challenges, raising creative ideas for solutions selecting the idea for implementation, persuading and overcoming resistance to change, develop and produce the product and verifying users’ choice and use of the product over other existing products.
• Strategic and managerial aspects of technology and innovation
• The organization’s internal ecosystem, including the organizational culture, open innovation, innovation teams, and change-initiating leadership
• Organizational innovation system management – management of a portfolio of innovation and decision gates
• Dealing with resistance to change and effectively leading change in the organization
• Assimilation of the acquired knowledge, strategic thinking, tools, and methods, and designing the work plan for implementation accordingly.
